Free eBook of "Physical Spirituality"
While you can read "Physical Spirituality" in its entirety using this online reader
you can also read it as a free ebook on an ebook device such as a kindle
or kobo, or on a MAC or PC using
an ebook reader app, or
on a phone or ipad using an appropriate app. The apps are free.
The EPUB version of the ebook is obtainable (and free)
from most online stores, including Google Play, Kobo and Barnes
and Noble, but not Amazon. Alternatively you can download the ebook to a computer now by clicking on one of the following options:

Once downloaded, you read it on that computer using
an ebook reader app such as CALIBRE or KINDLE FOR PC. (For example,
on a windows computer right click on the downloaded ebook and select "open with" the app of your choice.)
To read it on an ebook device such as a kindle or kobo
you must first 'sideload' it from the computer to that device.
The steps for sideloading the downloaded ebook to your device vary
slightly for different devices. I suggest you search the internet for instructions
pertaining to your device using the search phrase 'sideload' and your device's name
(for example "sideload nook").
As an example, here are the steps for sideloading the downloaded ebook to a kindle from a windows PC:
- Connect your computer to your kindle using the USB
cable that came with your kindle.
- On your computer, open a window for file explorer if one didn't open automatically when you
attached your kindle.
- Navigate that window to display the contents of the 'documents' folder on your kindle.
- Open another window for file explorer and navigate it to display the ebook you
have just downloaded (usually in your 'downloads' folder).
- Drag and drop the downloaded ebook to the 'documents' folder on your kindle.
- Disconnect your kindle from the computer by unplugging the connecting cable.
- The ebook should now be discoverable by touching the 'home' or 'library' icon on your kindle.
